| How does the guest pay? |
|
When a reservation is made, you will be notified by email and fax. Through the secure administrative interface, you will retrieve the booking details, contact information guest names including credit card information. You will then process the credit card exactly as you would for a telephone reservation.

| What happens if a guest cancels? |
|
If bookings are cancelled online, you are notified by fax, email and in your administration. guest will receive a cancellation email and they will be informed if they have incured canellation charges in line with your cancellation policy

| What is the cancellation policy? |
|
It is up to you, you select your cancellation policy.example if they do not show,or cancel at short notice you could charge the full amount if it is in line with your own cancellation policy,or a percentage of the charge of their stay,it is up to you,it is important you have a clear policy.

| What Will happens if a guest cancel the rooms? |

All Online Cancellations will automatically be released back onto your system so that these room(s) can be booked again online. If you do not wish this room(s) to be booked again - simply login to your administration center and close out your availability for that particular room(s) and period.
